This photo was taken at the last day of our retreat at Spirit Rock. Beth and Ramona, our retreat managers are in the foreground ~ they took care beautifully of our 86 yogis. Behind are yoga teacher Christine and our dear attendant Kathy, who also coordinates our annual New Year’s Retreats at the Angela Center.

Ayya Sobhana from Araniyabodhi Hermitage also attended our retreat and offered some teachings and interviews.
